Delete your account

A Memory Partner can delete care-recipient data from Privacy & Sharing in the MemorySignal app. If you cannot access the app, email support@memorysignal.ai from the address associated with your account.

What the request covers

• Care-recipient profiles, trusted facts, recall events, notes, and related audit history.
• Server-side Apple Health daily summaries associated with the deleted profile.
• Account records that MemorySignal controls, subject to identity verification.

Apple purchase history and records retained by authentication, infrastructure, or payment providers are governed by those providers and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Support will confirm the scope and expected timing after verifying the request; the final deletion service level remains under privacy and legal review.

Deleting MemorySignal data does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
